We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in original, unused condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of return authorization

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. Await return authorization and instructions

  3. Ship the product back using tracked delivery

  4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customized or personalized NFC signs cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Product Warranty

6.1 Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our NFC Review Signs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from delivery date.

6.2 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and description of the defect. We will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion.

6.3 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, or accidents

  • Damage from improper installation
